This is a community meeting to discuss 2 proposed plans:

  • CDR-25-12-306: To reduce framework streets and adjust the siting standards to account for the site-specific site conditions to the cross-access requirements.
  • DP-25-12-305: To develop a 2 story K-5 private school featuring a development program of 880 students and associated sports fields.

The property is generally located east of Hamlin Groves Trail, north of New Independence Parkway

The community meeting is being held on March 26, 2026, at 6 p.m. at Bridgewater Middle School – Media Center at 5600 Tiny Road, Winter Garden, Florida 34787.

Next Steps: This request is still in the technical review stage. Once all review staff have completed their reviews, the request will be scheduled for a Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting. At this staff-level meeting, which is not a public hearing, the DRC will make a recommendation on the Change Determination Request (CDR) and take final action on the Development Plan (DP) request. The CDR request will then be scheduled for a Board of County Commissioners (BCC) public hearing for a final decision, and notices will be mailed to surrounding property owners.

Community Meeting Summary: This section will be updated after the community meeting.
