This is a community meeting to discuss a request to rezone approximately 55 acres from R-1A (Single-Family Dwelling District) to PD (Planned Development) in order to allow the existing private school use to facilitate planned campus renovations. In addition, a waiver from Orange County Code Section 38-1287 is requested to allow for a 0' setback from the north property line (Seminole County line) to allow for a continuous campus utilizing the adjacent Seminole County Parcel owned by Trinity Preparatory School.
The property is located in District 5 at 5700 Trinity Prep Lane, Winter Park, Florida 32792.
The community meeting is being held on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 6 p.m. at the Aloma Elementary School, Cafeteria, 2949 Scarlet Road, Winter Park, Florida 32792.
