Neighborhoods with a Homeowner's Association as well as neighborhoods without an HOA are eligible for this grant to help fund new or improved entranceway signs, new trees, entranceway and community lighting, neighborhood playgrounds, structural wall repairs and more.
For HOA communities, the grant allows for projects with a total cost up to $15,000 and requires a 50% match from the neighborhood organization. For non-HOA communities, the grant allows for projects with a total cost up to $15,000 and does not require a match from the neighborhood organization.
Neighborhood organizations may only receive one grant every two years.
