With so much activity along this bustling stretch in Orlando, it’s important that transportation infrastructure, affordable housing options, beautification, community, and economical projects keep up with the growing demand.

The CRA focuses on the following initiatives:
Affordable & Attainable Housing, including improvements to existing homes Beautification & Aesthetics Projects, such as the addition of more than 100 new wayfinding signs
Community, Cultural, and Institutional Programs, including the construction of a new Tangelo Park Community Center
Traffic & Transportation, including the widening of three heavily used roadways, the extension of two major roadways, two new pedestrian bridges, and several upgrades to traffic signals and pedestrian features.
Economic Development, such as the launch of new training courses focused on teaching new languages and skills to employees.
