Five-Year Consolidated Plan Survey

Orange County is in the process of developing its five-year Consolidated Plan. The Consolidated Plan is a strategic plan required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) that helps the County identify its most important housing and community development needs and guide the use of federal funding.

As part of the planning process, Orange County gathers input from residents, nonprofit organizations, housing providers and developers, public service providers, neighborhood groups, county departments, local governments, and other community partners. The survey questions focus on housing, homelessness, social services and community development priorities.

Your answers are confidential. Please do not write your name or any other personal information anywhere on the survey.
