    Thank you for your inquiry.

When relocating your business to Orange County, there are a few key steps to consider:

    1. Verify Zoning: Confirm that your business type is permitted at the new address (1209 Edgewater Drive, Orlando, FL 32804). Since this location is within city limits, please contact the City of Orlando Zoning Division for assistance.
    2. Update Business Registration: If your business is registered with the State of Florida, update your address through Sunbiz.
    3. Business Tax Receipt (BTR): You will need a Business Tax Receipt (BTR). A BTR from either the City of Orlando or Orange County will suffice—both are not required. Since this address is within the City of Orlando, you would obtain it through the City.
    4. Permitting Requirements: If you plan to make any interior or exterior changes to the space, permits may be required through the City of Orlando.
    5. Next Steps / Assistance: For guidance on permitting, zoning, and the overall process, please contact Orange County FastTrack:

Best of luck to you with the move and let us know if we can offer any further assistance.
