7501 Liverpool Blvd. Special Exception Request for Day Care Center

This is a community meeting to discuss a proposal to allow a special exception and Variance in the R-1A zoning district as follows: 1) Special exception to allow a day care center 2) Variance to allow 11 parking spaces in lieu of 14 parking spaces.

This project is within District #5 at 7501 Liverpool Boulevard; generally located at the Northeast corner of N Goldenrod Rd and Liverpool Blvd., south of University Blvd., west of Central Florida Greeneway.

The community meeting is 6 p.m. Thursday, March 26, 2026, in the Cafeteria at Cheney Elementary School, 2000 Forsyth Rd., Orlando, FL 32807.

Next Steps:

1. Following the community meeting, the request will be scheduled for a Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) Hearing, at which time a notice will be mailed to nearby property owners. The item will also appear on the BZA agenda which can be accessed through the County Calendar. The BZA meets typically every 1st Thursday of the month at 9:00 a.m. at 201 S. Rosalind Avenue, Downtown Orlando.
2. Following the BZA hearing, the case will go to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) as a public hearing, at which time a notice will be mailed to nearby property owners.
