About Code Compliance:
Orange County Code Compliance ensures the health and safety of Orange County communities through compliance with applicable zoning codes and regulations.
Well-maintained properties contribute to a cleaner and healthier environment.
Since October 1, 2025, the County's Code Compliance Section has conducted more than 25,000 inspections, with a compliance rate of nearly 80 percent.
Residents are encouraged to report code violations by contacting the County's 3-1-1 line via phone or app. Why can't I report a code violation anonymously?
Per Florida Statute 162, a code inspector may not initiate enforcement proceedings for a potential violation of a duly enacted code or ordinance by way of an anonymous complaint. A person who reports a potential violation of a code or an ordinance must provide his or her name and address to the respective local government before an enforcement proceeding may occur. This paragraph does not apply if the code inspector has reason to believe that the violation presents an imminent threat to public health, safety, or welfare or imminent destruction of habitat or sensitive resources.

Hello Emily, all on-street parking is enforced by the Orange County Sheriff's Office Parking Enforcement Division. You can contact them at 407-836-4357 (407-836-HELP) or email trafficcomplaints@ocsofl.com with the vehicle information. The Code Compliance team will only enforce parking regulations on private property.
